There are many times that we need a little bit of motivation and inspiration to go forward with our goals and achieve them. Some of the most common goals for people are money and weight loss, both require commitment and consistent effort on your part in order to achieve it.

However, some people find hard to get motivated to loss weight and persist enough time to achieve their desired weight, they get side tracked, get discouraged or have not enough will power to persist with their exercise trainings.

So the question is how can you find motivation or inspiration for weight loss? The first thing that you have to do is set specific goals for your self, you have write down how many pounds you want to loss is one month, make your goal high but realistic, something that you know you could achieve with a lot of effort.

Once you have your goals very clear, you need to make a plan of what you are going to do each day to achieve it. For example, if you have a training expert to help you, ask him what exercise you have to do every day of the week for one month, if you dont have someone to help you, you can either go to a gym and ask for advice of an expert or make a simple plan.

To make a simple plan for weight loss, you could say that you will workout for 30 minutes each day, 20 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes or workout or whatever you are advice to do by an expert.

It doesent matter if you dont have the perfect plan for exercising, the important thing is that you follow it every day of the week for one month, you can take a rest on sundays.

Another very important point is that you should have a diet plan, that means that you should eat healthy for that month too, avoid sugars and junk food, eat natural food.

Once you have your plan ready, you need to keep track of what is your progress every day, make a spreadsheet with your day to day goals and mark every day that you complete your training. You could also weight your self every week or even every day if you want to keep track of your progress to get motivated.
