What Is Self Image Motivation? |
One of the most important things we need to have a strong self confidence and be very secure of what we are and what we do is our self image. We all have our own self image of how we think we are and what we think we can do and achieve, however most of the times we have the wrong self image and thus we are limiting ourselves to what we are capable of achieving.
That is why is important to improve our self image motivation, if we dont believe in ourselves no one will. As we go through life and we face problems, failures and negative people, we shape our self image in a way that once we are grown up, we think that this is all we are capable of doing, we just dont believe that we are meant to be successful.
We are human beings, we are not perfects and we have a limit in what we can do, we are not gods. However, we have been conditioned to believe that we have reached our limits in life and let me tell you something, most people even successful people never get even close to their limits of what they are capable of achieving.
We impose to ourselves a mental limit smaller than the real limit, we think that we just cant do any better that life was meant to be this way for us. You can see it in history, years ago, professional runners thought that it was impossible to break the speed record at that time, so no one ran any faster, however it was until someone broke that record that a lot of other people broke the record too, because they saw that it was possible and that the limit that they tough they had was false.
There are many examples in history of people that have achieve great things that many thought where impossible to accomplish. You have to realize that your body will just get to the point that you mind wants to get. If you dont think you can do any better, then nothing is going to happen, but if you do believe, there is nothing to stop you.
Your self image is the most important thing that you have to take care and improve on a daily basis, dont hear people that tell you what you have to do or what you are, you are the only want that can decide what you are and how much you want to achieve.
