Are you finding difficult for you to keep your self motivated in the workplace, you are not alone, many people have that problem when they are at work, they get bored, distracted, lack of focus or they just dont love their work.

Do you have a love that you want make happy, do you want to give money to a charity, do you want to be free of working for a boss, you have to be very clear of what do you want to do and not just go to work in an automatic way just because you have to. You have choices, but you have to plan ahead of time to be able to accomplish those objectives.

Getting motivated at your workplace sometimes requires external motivators like music, challenges, rewards, money, etc. and other times requires some internal motivators, like goals, love, gratitude, a life mission or anything else.
