There are stories of people that have achieve outstanding results in record time by giving all the have and going for more each day. When it comes to weight loss, motivation is very important to keep you moving forward and not procrastinate or just leave your goals behind.

There are some motivation stories for weight loss, specially testimonials from people that followed a plan and succeeded, you might have heard those infomercials of men and women that achieved great results with an exercise machine. The truth is that yes they achieve great results, but it was not due to that machine or any other machine, it was because of their commitment to have a great body and look young especially if they wanted to be celebrities in tv. Losing weight requires more than a secret tip or machine, its about how long can you keep going for your goals even when you are failing until you achieve them.

If you want to read great motivational stories i would recommend you to read biographies or great sports achievers or biographies of people who succeeded at business or life in their own way. It doesent matter if you want to loss weight, have a better body or earn more money, motivation have to come from inside of you and you can learn a lot about it by reading about successful people.

Another option is to see motivational movies of successful stories of people. One of the most recent motivational movies that i saw and that is very powerful is "Sparta", that movie is about the courage of people to achieve their ultimate goal despite any set backs and failures, they will not accept failure as an option. Its very strong and i recommend that you see that story.

So what can you do, read motivational books, inspiring movies, read stories from famous people but the most important thing you can do, is make a commitment to follow a plan for a certain amount of time and then tell your own story.
