I want to give you a weight loss motivation tip that will help you go on with your health goals and not stop them. Its very important that we improve our health and body if we want to be successful in all the other areas of our life.

When you are starting out, do not set super high goals that you want to achieve in one month, you need to set short term goals that you can really achieve, once you reach those small goals, you will get motivated to go for more.
For example, lets say that you would like to loss 20 pounds, dont say im going to loss 10 pounds in one week, that is not realistic and even if you start exercising and dieting you will get discouraged, you should set small goals like, im going to loss one pound per week and this is how im going to do it.
Set a plan that you can follow along every day, dont try to exercise 2 hours a day if you have to work and you dont have that time available every day, is better to exercise just 30 minutes every day than 2 hours once a week.
If you follow specific plan with small short term goals, you will start to see incremental results and get more motivated to achieve more.
One las tip to keep in mind is keep track of your progress every day, you need to write down how much exercise you did today and how much calories you lost, this way you will be motivated to train every day.
