Many men and women have that burning desire of having that great thin body like the celebrities, some just want to loss a few pounds and other want the perfect model body so everyone wants to look at them, the problem is that most people lack of the necessary motivation to loss weight.

So what can you do to get motivated? you need to find different motivations that are what you really ker about in your life, some will be external motivators and some internal motivators.

If you want to get some external motivators you can get the picture of you favorite celebrity that has a great body and see it every day before you do your workout so you can get motivated. You can also set a challenge with a friends of how many pounds each can loss in a week, the winner gets a reward.

There are many other things that you can do to get inspired, like beating your own record, using music to workout, losing weight for your love, lose weight to get the interest of a woman and much more.

However, sometimes you might need more that some external motivators, you might need something from inside of you, like whats your real purpose in life, what is the image that you want to project to the world of you, maybe you want to be in better shape to satisfy your girl or be seen with more respect and authority.

You have to realize that you can achieve your goals regardless of how much you weight or out of shape you are, you can do it if you a commited to follow a plan every day, you dont have starve your self or workout to dead, you just have to follow a plan every day of the week until your goal has been reach.
