what is motivation?

Motivation is what drive us every day to do what will get you closer to our goals. Motivation can come from an emotion, a though, a dream, a desire or hope. There are so many things that can motivate us and that is what make us wake up every day to expect the best.

However for some people it becomes difficult to stay motivated or sometimes we just dont feel good, we are facing huge problems and everything seems to be wrong, that affects our motivation negatively. Is in those times that we need to look for a source of motivation.

Some people recommend will power, but the truth is that will power is not going to solve the problem in the long term. You can give your best but if you dont have that emotion and burning desire of achieving your goal, then no amount of will power will be useful.

Also material things are not enough to drive motivation, many people make the mistake of just backing their motivation with material things and money, but that is not enough money alone is not an emotion will not fulfill you as much as other inner accomplishments.

A person who wants to give his best and achieve his goal because he wants to give his family a better and more rewarding lifestyle is going to be more motivated than a person who wants to get 10,000 dollars. However that doesent mean that is wrong to have financial goals, is just that you need a better reason deep inside.

If you want to achieve a financial goal you must write down you monetary goal, how much do you want to ear and in how much time. Now why do you want to earn that money? that question will make achieving you financial goal a better motivation.

Motivation is what everybody needs to accomplish anything, if you have it congratulations you are on your way to success, but dont motivate your self with short term things, it has to do something that will last.
